If you would like to be an Exhibitor at A Country Affair at Hampton Court Palace, or any of the other A Country Affair Shows scheduled for 2007, you need to fill in an Exhibitor's application form and send it to us.

We advise you to read the Terms & Conditions before applying.

Download Insurance Application Form
All Exhibitors must hold public liability insurance. We also advise you to insure your Company (persons, stock, money, possessions) against the normal risks for the period of the Show, including travel to / from the Show site, and whilst at the Show site.
If you do not currently have insurance cover arranged and would like the contact details of an Insurance Company that deals with this type of insurance cover, we have included an Insurance Application Form from Insurex ExpoSure. It is YOUR DECISION whether or not you use this Company.

Contractor Application Forms are available here if you would like to HIRE FURNITURE, arrange an ELECTRICITY SUPPLY, arrange a WATER SUPPLY for the Show.

Please return these forms as soon as possible directly to the contractors indicated on the forms, if you wish to order any of these optional extras.

for TRADE STANDS (WORD Format)		 For exhibitors taking open ground space and row plot units (i.e. not in a marquee) and requiring an electricity supply.
